I am an Early Childhood Educator, postpartum doula & newborn care specialist. After working one on one with children for 6 years, I found my calling with newborns and supporting families as a whole.

As a postpartum doula, I offer flexible support tailored to each family’s unique needs. I aim to support parents in your transition and offer guidance, practical solutions, and answers to all your newborn specific questions. My goal is to leave you feeling rested, regulated, and informed.

As a babywearing educator, I provide support and education to ensure you and your newborn are as comfortable and safe as possible. I am extremely passionate about baby wearing. It is an incredible tool to bond with your babe and get things done handsfree (did you know it also counts as tummy time?). Newborns are delicate though, and ensuring you have a safe fit in your carrier is crucial. I'm here to help you feel comfortable and secure in your carrier, provide product options, let you try on some different kinds, and ensure your precious baby is safe and comfy too.

Additionally, I offer sibling care to give you time to bond with your new babe. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, Waldorf philosophy, and responsive child-rearing, and you can be confident your kiddos will return to you happy and regulated after a few hours of fun.
